Ingredients:
1/3 Cup Cricket Flour
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
2/3 Cup White Granulated Sugar
8 Tbsp Melted Butter
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Large baked Sweet Potato
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheight
- Mix all dry ingredients
- Combine and mix melted butter, eggs, vanilla and milk.
- Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients
- Beat baked sweet potato until it has a smooth consistently.
- Add sweet potato and sweet potatos to the batter.
- Pour into a greased regular loaf pan and cook for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted into the bread and removed without wet batter attached to it.
