1/3 Cup Cricket Flour

1 Cup All Purpose Flour

1 Tsp Baking Soda

1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

1 Tsp Salt

1/2 Tsp Cinnamon

1/2 Tsp Nutmeg

1/3 Cup Brown Sugar

2/3 Cup White Granulated Sugar

8 Tbsp Melted Butter

2 Eggs

1 Tsp Vanilla

1/2 Cup Milk

1 Large baked Sweet Potato

1 Cup Chopped Pecans


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheight
  2. Mix all dry ingredients
  3. Combine and mix melted butter, eggs, vanilla and milk.
  4. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients
  5. Beat baked sweet potato until it has a smooth consistently.
  6. Add sweet potato and sweet potatos to the batter.
  7. Pour into a greased regular loaf pan and cook for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted into the bread and removed without wet batter attached to it.
